- Conducts research and provide recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all ICT infrastructure procurement and development efforts.

- Negotiates with vendors, outsourcing providers, and contractors to secure infrastructure-specific products and services.

- Manage and ensure 24 x 7 operation of data center, network hardware and equipment including routers, switches, UPS and other related ICT equipment's.

- Manage site to site data server replication from production to disaster recovery site to ensure business continuity.

- Handles data and network security for the organization, overall network and system administrator of the organization in relation with DPO.

- Hire and coach IT infrastructure personnel

- Spearheaded the transition of on-premise email to Office 365 on a hybrid environment.

- Spearheaded the transition of physical servers to VMWare environment.
