Stop the Hunger- Houston, Texas 2012-2016
Stop the Hunger is a 501c Houston based nonprofit organization that furnishes meals and clothing to the indigent of the Greater Houston Metropolitan area. This organization was founded by the Honorable Howard C. Calvert and serves a dual role in the community not only as a source of nourishment, but as a mentorship group for at risk young men. As a key member for this organization I facilitated tutorial sessions in science and mathematics as well as serving as an inventory specialist for the food pantry.
