Preparing Project HSE Plan, Emergency Response Plan, HSE Monthly Activity plan, Waste Management Plan
Coordinating and Participating HSE studies like HAZID and PHSER
Organizing EIA studies at site as per method statement and JSA
Verifying inspection test plans, materials as per contractual requirements
Conducting HSE high profile Induction and all type of Training
Joint with Client/Consultant for Weekly & Monthly HSE Audit and Meeting discussion
Routine site HSE audit and Inspection at site.
To prepare Safety Statistics and review the HSE status and trend of the Projects.
Preparing Lifting Plan and Procedure for all lifting activities and getting approval from client / consultant.
Preparing waste management Data Sheet submitting to Client by monthly
Preparing Risk Assessment for all kind of activity and conducting Risk Assessment Training
Preparing HSE Training Matrix and organize for training (Internal / External)
