Retail Area Manager.

Managing one department store (Highland include sections: ladies wear, men wear, leather goods, children wear, perfumery, linin, house hold, lingerie, watches) and six mono boutiques.

Providing an excellent customer service experience before and after sales, by myself and all the team.

Give inputs and proposed annual objectives and budget for the area.

Follow up the budget on a daily, weekly & monthly basis, and adopting the necessary corrective measures.
