Motivated Lab Manager inspired to meet the challenges and rewards of working in an innovative company, whose

products and processes, may need creative thinking coupled with a team outlook, to solve issues. I have experience in

streamlining processes, and also adept at laboratory management and extensively trained in safety and equipment

I have expertise knowledge in several lab instruments and systems, where I have created methods and SOPs (standard

operating procedures) for use in the lab. I am a resourceful professional capable of leading a lab in being an efficient and

accurate testing facility. My continual focus at creating a more economical lab has resulted in me finding ways to

maintain a lean and resourceful lab. One example is I saved almost $11,000 per year by initiating a recycling program for

the lab. As a leader of safety, I created a Safety Committee for the site and lead to the plant to a zero recordable for 2015-

2016.
