DXC TECHNOLOGY / HEWLETT PACKARD ENTERPRISE 2012-2019 Business Consultant, Enterprise Services Americas Region Operations Business Consultant within regional operations team focused on financial improvements and value attainment activities.

• Program managed development of value capture tools which enabled analysis of account performance and identified substantial cost savings - identified over $8M in immediate cost savings through this analysis in year 1. Conducted over 250 training sessions reaching 3400 employees on the tool’s capability.

• Conducted in depth labor utilization analysis for large consumer product accounts, major airlines and Pharmaceutical accounts delivering over $10M in savings.

• Developed product requirements for value capture tool to improve function and effectiveness based upon real world use. Worked with the development team using Agile processes to enhance the tools for greater value and capability.

• Program managed Sales quota deployment for Americas region for over 1000 sales personnel employing Anaplan tool.

• Led the Labor efforts to align account operating processes to “Franchise model” versus “Sole Proprietor model” where all accounts use a standard tool set rather than home grown tools for greater efficiency. Set up processes with account teams on how to effectively operationalize these tool in running their business.

HEWLETT-PACKARD 2004-2012

Account Services Delivery and Client Manager

Regional Account Client and Services Delivery Manager working closely with worldwide corporate accounts in the Oil and Gas, Chemical, Media/Communications, and Pharmaceuticals industries.

• As Software Engineering Director, led a globally distributed software engineering team in the creation, development and customer delivery of a seismic sensing solution managing the quality control and data harvesting and processing of a million wireless node seismic survey. The solution enabled a major Oil and Gas corporation to more efficiently locate and extract carbon resources worldwide. Authored and prioritized the software platform and application requirements for the solution/product. Development process employed Agile methodology.

• As Regional Services Delivery Executive, led the Americas Region of major outsourcing deal with worldwide Chemical and Coatings Company. Ensured satisfactory end user experience for their facilities from Canada to Argentina. Made significant contributions to get the account to profitable status. Grew the Americas Region business via upsell opportunities in excess of $2M annually.

• As Client Delivery Manager, led the program team that developed and operationalized a new email system for a major cable/media company. This included the migration of 26 million user mailbox accounts from an old ATT based mail system to modern, state of the art HP email system designed to grow with the expanding cable media business.

• As Sales Support Specialist, drove the Business Critical Server (Unix, Linux) business in two major Pharmaceutical accounts. Led, and won, a major IT infrastructure RFP effort against top competitors (IBM, SUN) in IT business. The win represented $100M a year for 5 years. Led the effort to displace incumbent UNIX server (IBM) provider in the second Pharmaceutical account, winning a major application platform selection which served as basis for future applications.

COMPAQ COMPUTER 1998-2004

Director Software Engineering

Director of Software Engineering for an organization of 250 software engineers and support staff responsible for the system and application management components of Compaq’s Tru64 UNIX System. During this period, Tru64’s System Management was rated #1 in the Unix industry. Transitioned team from Desktop/CDE to cluster and system management support for Tru64.

• Delivered system management support for new, multi-processor computer servers

• Initiated the Serviceability program, a joint hardware/software effort.
