Using Caliber for organizing and sending courtesy letters, violations, violation due dates, keys and fobs for the property managers and their properties. Incoming calls with Skype for Businesses from properties who needed assistance with their HOA. Scheduled and calendared events for the clubhouse rentals. Also worked as a seasonal employee at Macy’s in various sections.

RINCON TRIBAL INDIANS (Through Robert Half Legal Services Agency): Assigned to the Law Department for the Attorney General as a legal assistant to process various contracts for the Indian reservation on building and maintaining construction services for the reservation properties. Filed pleadings with the Federal Intertribal Southern California Court. Became familiarized with the Adobe Acrobat Pro program. DELANO & DELANO an Environmental and Land Use law firm for San Diego County, worked on their billing data input to send out their billables, typed client correspondence and drafted pleading captions.

MURRIETA CITY HALL (Through Acro Corporate Services Temporary Assignment): Assigned to the Murrieta City Hall, City of Murrieta working as an administrative assistant/coordinator (also called Development Services Technicians) for their Engineering Dept. for the Chief Engineer and Associate Engineers and their Techs maintaining and entering data into a government program, Gov/Partners program (GSS) and in their Building Dept. for the Building Official assisting the Development Services Technicians entering data into the (GSS) records that the County Assessor’s Office has access to and other government agencies.
