Current Roles and Responsibilities.

●Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions and Inventory Management.

●Develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics and productivity measurements.

●Prepare and maintain daily operation result data.

●Prepare container receiving schedule.

●Coordinate with principals and local shipping agency for shipping logistics and ETA updates of shipments.

●Prepare S.M.R. claims to supplier for discrepancies in import shipment.

●Prepare re-order analysis report before placing orders with principals to ensure adequate stock level and to avoid over stocking.

●Conduct physical inventory monthly and annually, reconcile with stocks and ensure supplies to meet customer demand and prepare a regular report.

●Prepare the slow moving & damaged stock Reports in a regular base.

●Prepare monthly report (beginning of each month) for the Receiving and shipping of spare parts, productivity and quality of employees.

●Coach and train the warehouse operatives.

●Warehouse shift operation reports to be updated.

●Monitor the performance of direct subordinates; provide training and coaching.

●Allocate work to subordinates and ensure that subordinates are aware and familiar with assigned tasks and responsibilities.

●Manage leave and overtime to ensure the efficiency of the team and assist subordinates in resolution of any problems, discrepancies, and inquiries.

●Ensure on time deliveries as per contracts/agreed schedule to avoid any related penalty.

●Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management.

●Coordinate with Insurance department to secure insurance coverage for shipments by prepare the necessary documents.
