Improved the efficiency of the meetings (OSHA) by utilizing DMAIC Six Sigma tools and Toyota Way principles.
Recognized the Key information through Value Stream Mapping and analyzed using statistical tool like ANOVA, which profited the company by reducing the meetings cycle time from 50 to 35 minutes.
Process Improvement Engineer May 2016 - December 2016

Reduced the warehouse cost by 13% by implementing the FIFO inventory method and used Just-In Time (JIT) method for assembling the vehicle parts, which also led to enhanced quality.

Designed the production network at Cool Wipes using Linear Programming Model. Also optimized the annual transportation cost of both wipes and ointments supply globally by $276,872.
Decision tree was designed for both the onshore and offshore supplier of Forever Young. Resulted in Increase in the Net Present Value of the company by $17,458 annually.

Created and designed a part of database for the coco-cola with transaction, capacity planning, Query optimization techniques were used in SQL language.
