> Assisting Students in CCQ on their daily IT related issues.
> Assisting Sta and faculty on any IT related issue.

IT system Support At AnourAlmaghreb (Mawaredhouse.com) VFSGlobal partner: Administration of 7 networks here in morocco and making sure the reliability of the systems, network and operation equipment (Firewalls, printers, biometric equipment...).
Duties:
> Administration of Network and systems of 7 visa centers in Morocco.
> Manage users (130 user) under Windows Server 2008.

MedinaCOM is an IT services company, I served as IT Support and installer for MedinaCOM clients. charged with installing networks (LAN), surveillance cameras phone systems (analog and IP ) ... Duties:
> Installing new LAN networks and Phone networks.
> Installing con guring attendance systems with access control.
> Training Clients on attendance systems and rapports.
> Installing con guring CCTV with remote access for Clients
> Assist MedinaCOM Clients with installation, con guration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.

> NAS SERVERS: follow the project from RFP, gathering price proposals from di erent companies and Install NAS servers in all visa centers in Morocco to prevent operations Data to be lost. We used a scheduled trigger script to backup data every day from mean shared folders to our own NAS server. This project solved losing operation/supervisors data.
> 7 DATA CENTERS MAINTENANCE: Organizing cable rooms this task reduced cabling issues and losing internet connection in all visa centers in Morocco.
