Job Description:

• Setting out for starting site works.

• Instruct all kind of workers in the site according to the approved drawing.

• Submitting and having of work permits and approvals from landlord managements

• Coordinating with Client, consultant, mall management, and landlord and sup contractors in the site.

• Briefing project specification.

• Site visits to the client’s areas to start the interior fit out.

• Follow up all the material and drawing submittals to get the approvals from the clients and landlord.

• Attending the meetings with the clients to discuss the progress and site difficulties.

• Attending meetings with the landlord representatives to discuss issues of deliveries and access for manpower and material.
