Responsible for pre and post production launch activities. Assure G3PS and EDI customer prototype orders are met. Complete product gate review task assigned in Windchill database. Schedule pcb SMT and final assembly prototype builds within the plant. Approve customer specific packaging requirements released in OLCT database. Responsible for Quality Engineers and deliverables corresponding with our manufacturing plant in Shanghai China, and other global facilities. Managed all BU Quality objectives to VP staff management. Managed OEM warranty and customer concerns. Drove all activities related to AIAG quality standards. Performed Supplier Quality on-site reviews. Reviewed and approved all elements of the PPAP submissions. Validation Manager: 2007 – 2010

Validation lab personal, Environmental and Electrical, Design and Production Validation efforts for OEM and Commercial antenna / telematics customers within the scheduled timing. Assured programs tested at our Shanghai China laboratory met all NA customer requirements and expectations. Championed team to design and creates internal electronic processes that tracked efforts in validation testing, along with all part return analysis, prototype and delivery process with proper distribution.
