Responsible for Configuration Management, Data Management, Document Control and Central Reproduction departments consisting of a staff of 30. I was directly responsible for the release and change of all engineering documentation and data deliverables to our customers. Responsible for all aspects of planning and execution. Proposal writing, CCB, formal audits, configuration status accounting, supplier and subcontractor management, cost estimating and budget adherence. Also responsible for all reprographic equipment and supplies for the company including negotiating contracts, offsite storage of documents and electronic repositories.
Managed the Microelectronics Lab for 2 years and was directly responsible for turning around the performance of that department getting them back on schedule. This was in addition to existing duties.
Assigned as site lead and Project Manager of the North American PDM implementation team. I was directly responsible for the successful implementation of Matrix One Product Data Management system 4 months ahead of schedule
Engineering representative responsible for all area’s of engineering during CMMI assessment and achievement of Level 3 in Systems and Programs and Level 5 for Software.
Considered subject matter expert during ISO9000 audits.
Assigned as Qualification Test Director on a major aerospace program in addition to my existing duties. The qualification program completed successfully ahead of schedule.

Key member of the Management TQM Steering Committee that took the company from 3.5 sigma to 6 sigma in less than 3 years. I was the mentor assigned to oversee all defect reduction teams and report on progress on a monthly basis to president’s team. This success was attributed to empowering process owners, training of the workforce, properly documenting the processes, ensuring the right tools were available for the right job and providing positive feedback in the way of recognition and rewards for successes. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all quality plans and procedures.
