03/2016- North East Methodist- I participated in educating employees about the effects of hourly rounding on patient satisfaction. This was necessary because quarterly reports on patient satisfaction failed to reveal improvement suggesting that hourly rounding was not effectively implemented. Good relationship was reported between the employees and the patients. Hourly rounding had significant impact when it was effectively implemented.
