Developed, designed, and managed an in-house logistics platform for eleven US plants within a matrix organizational structure for this $2 billion custom compounding and garden hose manufacturing company. Defined SOPs, built the supply chain team, and provided strategic management of intracompany freight logistics across all budgeting, forecasting, and analysis metrics for seven divisions with annualized freight spend of $60 million.
