Managing the payroll function & Lead the statutory compliance function
Establishing and running an In-house Training Centre for continuous training & learning
of employees
Training and Development for all levels in the Organisation.
Induction Programme for all Employees
Skill Inventory training for Workers Company & Contractors.
Competency training for Staff
Individual and organisational performance. Identifying the Need of training for all Employees.
All Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations, Legal Matters & Labour Cases. Disciplinary actions
Employee Relations & Handling of unions Ensure that harmonious relationships between management and workmen.
Long term settlement and implementation of agreement
Formulation &Implementation of HR Policies and Prepare new as per Requirement
