In brief: Initially when the recruiter receives a request for hiring people from the management. Approaches many recruiting sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster etc. Every time approaches any of the site for searching the profile. To avoid this, after reviewing all the profiles, the recruiter makes a short list of candidates and copies all the relevant information into the database through excel file or can add through application. Next time whenever the recruiter receives a request for similar position login into our database and searches for the candidate. And also sends mail automatically it may be one mail or bulk mail. By doing this we are making to reduce the use of recruiting sites

In brief: PayInt is a payroll intelligence software. It concerns over the elimination of human expertise in payroll and HR. It enhances interactivity and streamlines customer service by tracking questions and responses between employees, contractors and payroll staff.

Within the HR industry, organizational efficiency of its people management remains paramount. For this to be done, HR needs to understand their workforce. HR needs to make sure that their workforce’s payroll is always processed on time and that upon completion of a payroll-run, that it is always 100% correct. Here, PayInt came into existence.
