Lambert Smith Hampton: 5/4/2019- Present - Financial Assistant: I am currently working in the UK’s fifth largest commercial real estate agency. A member of the accounts team based in the Belfast office, I am responsible for the validation of commercial in- come for a large portfolio of managed properties. The role involves both tracking and managing income and addressing any tenant issues impacting cashflow. Within the role I use proprietary software (Qube) and Microsoft office.
Element3 ski school:- 01/12/2018-10/4/2019 - Kitzbühel Austria - Ski instructor Full Time ski instructor working with a wide range of clients from children’s groups, race camps, corporate groups and private lessons. I offered a very high level of tuition to a number of high profile clients which required intricate knowledge of skiing and coping with ever-changing con- ditions on the mountain. Working in such a dynamic environment was both challenging and ex- citing. I delivered classes in both German and English to a range of international clients. I have completed the first half of my Austrian level 2 (International level 3) state certification where a very high level of skiing and biomechanic analysis is required for success. Professional- ism and team work were key aspects of the job and enabled us to build lasting relationships with a variety of important clients.
Inferno Restaurant: - 10/2016 - 05/2018 - Bar Manager, Manchester, (University term time) Bar manager at local restaurant whilst studying in Manchester. I have maintained a job through all three years of study at University and after a several months of working at this establishment overseeing its renovation from a student bar to a restaurant I was promoted to bar manager af- ter helping with some of the renovation itself and putting together the new bar I was tasked with rebranding and publicity and creating a new cocktail menu to compliment the food. Other key responsibilities were organisation of a weekly rota, stock take and people management. Belfast Castle: -2014 - 2018 - Belfast, Northern Ireland - Barman & Waiter Working in restaurant, cafe and primarily at functions such as weddings and formal dinners where the highest level of service was expected. As one of the more experienced staff members I held additional responsibilities for Bar and function set-up for major events. Skills and interests:
I have a passionate interests in sports and engage in a wide range of activities from triathlon, running, surfing, mountain biking, skiing and the gym. I have recently completed the first stage of my Austrian level 3 ski instructor qualification. During my time in Austria I learned German and have gone on to complete my A1 and A2 Goethe German language certificates whilst at University. I am a passionate and driven individual setting my sights on endurance sports. Within the last year I have completed a half Ironman and my first Ultra-marathon (40 miles). Currently signed up and training towards 2019 Ironman Canada located in Mont Tremblant.
