Modified the Assembly Area to increase productivity and reduce material handling costs

Significantly increased production capacity (> 30%) and reduced costs simultaneously by implementing progressive operational changes.

oAt the conclusion of my term with Bally the company was producing 10,000 cabinets a quarter shipped on schedule and under budget
