Worked as a “RIGGER” in Oil & Gas Offshore Plant for ONGC at MUMBAI through TEKKANS NACKO from Jan 2015 to May 2017.

ROUSTABOUT RELATED JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safe Working for Chipping, Buffing, Grinding and painting
Safe handling with crane for Lifting Materials
Sand blasting, water blasting and scaffolding
Acts as crane banks man and load handler during the loading / unloading of materials from supply vessel
Proper and safe rigging and slinging job also lifting equipments and gears maintenance.
Act as a Fire team, Helideck team and Rescue team member as required.
Checks weight and size loads and determine rigging equipment required.
Mixing chemicals for preparing mud/brine

DIESEL ENGINE
Having running maintenance experience in kirloshar, Caterpil and Detroid engines involved preventive maintenance and rectify startup problems.

Experience in maintenance of Reciprocation Compressor like CO2 Compressors, Ammonia Compressors, Instrument Air Compressors, etc. Experience in maintenance compressor.
GEAR BOXES
Involved in centrifugal pumps overhauling mechanical seal assembling and aligning the pump with prime mover by reverse 7 graphical methods, rim and face method.
Involved in repair such as plunger changing, diaphragm changing check valves changing and packing activities.
CRANE
Weather for Ruston power arm, Favelle favico and name of the engine Detroit caterpillar, Ruston diesel engine.
Service the winch, change the Rope, Rope greasing, Service the Radiator and total crane maintenance.
TURBINE
