JOB DESCRIPTION:

PLANNING AND DOCUMENTATION:

Initiation of BPR and Batch execution (Online batch record Entry) through BPR & PI Sheet.

Monitoring of dispensing activity of packing material and control of packing activity.

Handling of Equipment change parts/spare parts and updating of log book/log sheet.

Allocation of jobs to subordinates.

SAP Related activities.

Preparation and Execution of protocols ( IQ, OQ & PQ) for the equipments and area.

Supervision of cleaning activities and taking line clearance for the area and equipment against SOP checklist and PI Sheet.

SERIALIZATION WITH OPTEL VISION SYSTEM, JEKSON & UTOPIA OPTOVISION SYSTEM:

Pulling, Verification & executing of Process Orders.

Aggregation of parent and child Creation.

Creation of Recipes and Layouts in the Pharmaproof & Coders.

Troubleshooting of Pharmaproof & Coders.

Creation of Master Layout for New Product, Third Party, Exporter, Brand, Product configuration, Customer & Customer location.

Implementation of TRACELINK for information exchange with customers.
