JOB PROFILE:
I have been worked as a Mechanical Engineer in Erection and commissioning of Turbine, Generator and Auxiliaries .Maintenance Engineer in BTG Area.
Execution in Erection and Commissioning of BTG package.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Familiar in Erection and Commissioning of Turbo Generator packages.
Inspection of the TG decks.
Leveling of packers Plates and Leveling of Turbine casing.
Centering of Turbine Rotor.
All visual inspection of Turbine Rotor blades and diaphragms,
Final box up of the Turbine.
Alignment between Turbine, Gear box and Generator.
Lube oil system Commissioning, oil flushing, Inspection and Finalizing
ACC Erection &Commissioning and also Fabrication.(Air Cooled Condenser )
Interpretation of drawings and guiding the contractors to execute the work.
Ensure that the work is carried out as per standards, drawings, maintaining quality & safety.
Make necessary Protocol documents.
Check fit up as per Isometrics Drawing & Position.
Supervise the work and give necessary clarifications to contractors as required.
Arrange stage wise inspection as required and get clearance from authority.
Scrutinize contractor’s bills and submit to in charge site.
Preparing Good received notes (GRN) Material issued notes (MIN), Material return notes(MRN)
Maintaining record of Daily Progress &Manpower .
Facilitate for target achieving, Quality maintaining and Transportation.
Responsible for Overall safety of men, Machinery and Environment
To take care of routine maintenance, inspection & testing activities & ensure 100 % equipment availability.
Having sound knowledge of preventive, proactive & breakdown maintenance of Coal Mill, Induced draft fan, forced draft fan & primary air fan.
Maintain oil properties of the equipment’s.
Overhaul, servicing & maintenance of LDO & HFO pumps, Soot blowers, Gate & Dampers of the duct, single & multi stage pumps.
Maintenance & rectification of Valves passing, valve stuck problem, valve replacement & gland failure of the valves. (MIV, MOV, Hydraulics & pneumatic valve.
Maintenance & replacement of pressure parts tubes.
Checking of boiler pressure parts during hydro test.
Identifying leakage from the duct during air tightness test.
Cleaning and maintenance of coolers & Plate heat exchanges.
Preparation and submission of Monthly spare plan and consumable plan.
Maintaining all the client correspondence and also maintain record for the same.
Inspection of work progress/completed work and maintain the history of the equipment.
Maintaining major equipment overhauling protocol at site.
Identifying tool and equipment requirements and maintain required spare at site as well as rise purchase requisition.
Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
Establish and maintain administration systems, housekeeping, storage and work areas in a clean, tidy and secure condition of all utility and infrastructural facilities
Preparation of monthly performance reports. Execution of services and clearance of contractor billing.
Continuously working on to improve/upgrade the safety of the plant and in adherence to EHS policy.
