Presently handling AL ASMAKH TOWER – Commercial (West Bay)

Implementing the relevant maintenance management plans and standard operating procedures in conjunction with the Head of Operation, and the operational FM team.

Project manage, supervise and coordinate the work of contractors

Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.

Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs.

Supervise and assist the team to complete all MEP job with perfection & ensure client satisfaction.

Supporting daily operations and providing technical FM support ensuring that the services are managed in accordance with its ‘Service Level Agreement’ (SLA) and that all relevant KPI’s are consistently met on month.

Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.

Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing of current premises.

Drafting reports and making written recommendations.

Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems.

Ensured that the work was carried in accordance with the Health & safety and environment regulations.

Estimates costs related to layout design, including equipment and materials, labour, etc.
