• Supported Kronos Time clocks, updated the firmware and also made sure all the time clocks throughout the organization stayed online. Helped with installing the clocks as well as installing the application on the end user’s pc’s.

• Used Microsoft Access database to extract data for reporting purposes. The software applications were limited on the reporting functions so we had to either use Crystal and/or access to produce the reports for the departmental Managers. RICHARD S WEISMAN
