Co-Founder of Matrix Engineering, a company focused in defining and marketing secure and specialized communications systems to US government agencies including DOD and the US intelligence community.

Successfully marketed cellular off - air intercept systems, microwave search and collection receivers and other signal exploitation systems to US government agencies

Established company as one of the players in the US government SIGINT community with a multi agency contract in developing a specialized communication system for the thirteen US government intelligence agencies and US embassies in over 100 countries around the world.

Wiltron Company/Anritsu

Mid Atlantic Sales Manager

Established regional sales office and acted as Mid Atlantic Sales Manager for five Mid Atlantic states for Wiltron Company, a manufacturer of electronic test systems and equipment. Achieved sales growth of over 200% over a four-year period to become the fastest growing sales office in the United States.

Achieved sales growth at Westinghouse Electric (a major EW/ECM systems provider) from 0 to $500K over the first 18 months, making it one of the top ten accounts for Wiltron Company.

Expanded sales growth to the US Intelligence community by 350% over a four year period.

Assisted in defining network analyzer system that could conveniently measure receiver and amplifier parameters that were mission critical to SIGINT applications in a densely populated signals environment.

Developed marketing and sales strategy for specialized test equipment developed for the SIGINT and ELINT marketplace.

Adams Russell – Micro-Tel Division

Division Sales Manager

Division Sales Manager for Adams Russell, a leading supplier of surveillance receivers and products to the SIGINT community. Responsibilities included worldwide sales, training, advertising & promotion, sales engineering management, and forecasting of product line. Products included collection, analysis, and search receivers, demodulators, multicouplers, and other products utilized by US and friendly foreign governments.

Booked $10M multiyear contract with the Department of State for TSCM receivers. Hewlett Packard Company

Senior Sales Engineer/ Product Manager

Senior instrument sales engineer with numerous sales awards including recognition for booking largest order ever received (at that time) in Baltimore sales office (1984). Performance placed position in top 10% of all sales engineers.

Product manager for one of the top 10 revenue-producing products for Hewlett Packard Company. Responsibilities included worldwide marketing, training, forecasting and scheduling of HP 9825 desktop computer.

Headed nationwide program management team for FB-111 test set program resulting in sales of over $50M revenue to Hewlett Packard
