Duties and Responsibilities:-

Responsibility of a civil foreman is to inspect the work on the site. There are different types of works of a civil foreman like project evaluation & staff work coordination.

The civil foreman job responsibility is to evaluate and direct work to achieve the required end result as per specifications and to deviate only when directed by project engineer.

Work of a civil foreman; prepare daily labour report and daily progress report.

The responsibility person should be monitoring the shuttering (carpenter work), bar bending arrangement on work area and site concreting.

Foreman is the key person to look after safety aspects also. He should encourage the work force to adhere people. He should highlight the sub standard acts and sub standard condition of site.

A civil foreman is a person who keep deep eye on side works. He will try to keep a good communications skill so that to take a progressive work but with quality.
