Project Name : Paint Removal Machine

Abstract :

The PAINTREMOVER machine is used to remove paint from wall surface. The motor rotates the sun gear through a shaft. The sun gear connected to 3 planet gear. The planet gear is twice the size of sun gear. Each planet gear is connected to a wire brush wheel. The well paint is removed by high speed rotation of wire brush wheel through scrubbing. The report furnishes a cost estimation of all the component of the equipment by carefully consideration of all factors such as cost of material, labour, machining and purchased component. This machine is cost effective and multipurpose user friendly. The main advantage is cost is low and high efficiency.

Project Name : Remote Control Laser Machining Robot Abstract :

The REMOTE CONTROLLED LASER MACHINING ROBOT is used to machining by laser machining process. The robot mainly divided by three part. Mobile application involved in this process. This names are IP webcam, Robot control. Robot movement controlled by robot control app it’s done by Bluetooth connection. It’s also communicated together. Two mobiles are used in this project. One mobile used to control process, another mobile used to communicate the robot and controller. Laser gun involved in this project its make machining process, mainly considering the cutting process focused in this project. We can move left and right rotation. The robot can be moved by 10rpm 12v dc gear motor. The robot can be worked semiautomatic.
