Controlled the worst situation due to the Theft and Fire of Wind Mills Inox Wind Infrastructure Services Ltd. (Jath, Sangli, Maharashtra: Onsite Jul 2014 to Jun 2018 (Full Time) Control on theft of Copper cables and burning the Wind Mills.

Achieved zero theft at Vaspeth, Jath with escalate all issues to Spl. Inspector General Kolhapur Range, Mr. Vishwas Nangare Patil, Collector Sangli Mr. V N Kaalam & Supdt. Of Police Mr. Suhail Sharma.
