Sr. R&D Engineer
Handled Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), solvent recovery plants, mixed Effluent Stream, developing primary & secondary reverse osmosis membrane (Desalination) to reduce high effluent volume with up to 30000 ppm TDS inlet stream to save heat involved in multiple effect evaporators.
Worked with Manufacturing to investigate root cause evaluate and troubleshoot equipment related issues.
Reverse Osmosis Project: Assisted Manager to calculate flow, volume, velocity required for project. Researched source water chemical properties, selection of material, parts size, valve specifications and pump specification for project. Prepared system layout diagrams.
Provided engineering support in a manufacturing environment; also responsible for product & process design, quality, reliability and performance while maintaining GMP, safety, cost containment and cost reduction to ensure timely product delivery to the customer.
