Recruitment :

•Discussing with the Functional Heads and Business Heads on the business plans and get the manpower plan for the financial year.

•Prepare the Job Descriptions for each and every role after discussing with the Functional Heads

•Work on the sourcing strategy matrix to recruit as per the manpower plan set across PAN India recruitments across levels right from the field levels till Business Head.

Payroll Processing

Implement and Modify compensation benefits plan

Periodically update the payroll database

Inform new employee to the benefits they are entitled to receive

Schedule interview with individual employees to discuss payroll or benefits issue
