****************@*****.***
My name is Alin Nicolae PANDURU and Im looking for a new opportunity in career. In
November 2018 I finished my MBA program at Bucharest Business School (ASE) in collaboration
with National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts of Paris (CNAM) - INDE RomanianFrench MBA
and Im eager to put all that knowledge in practice. I want to move to USA and Im looking for
a new opportunity in Automotive/industrial field. I need a H1B visa sponsorship to
have the right to work in USA.
I have a solid background in Project Engineer and more than 10 years of experience in
Engine Developing Department with focus on engines testing and developing. My career has
evolve from a no experience student to a high skills engineer as described below, and will
continued to develop even further.
From January 2015 till present, I had the challenge to take the role of Project Engineer
for all Nissan-Renault 1.5 diesel engines tests and developing worldwide. I am in charge of
projects milestone and budgets, planning and organizing the tests, coordinating 14
multidisciplinary teams from France, Romania, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Turkey, India and
Brazil to synthesize their needs for different types of tests for different type of engine, order
the necessary parts and necessary engines for starting the tests, KPIs.
I coordinate the supplying of the engine, calibrations, engine admission, ECU, engine
wiring, engine suspension, gear box suspension, dynamo-meter test bench adaptation parts,
gear box, exhaust line, engine starter, engine consumables parts (sparks, injectors, filters and
other parts that can be damage during the test) for both prototype and series engines.
With my extensive project manager experience I manage to raise the world wide 1.5
diesel engine tax of milestone respecting for tests starts from 65% in 2014 to 76% in 2015
and 90% in 2016, 2017.
From September 2011 after a 1 month formation in Renault Technical Center at Lardy I
was promoted to Project Engineer Engines development pilot for Romanian factory. My role
was to coordinate the projects engines testing at Dacia for all Renault engines on the
dynamo-meter tests benches in Dacia.
In 3 years I manage to do the milestone respecting tax for tests starts in Dacia tests
benches the biggest in all Renault sites prove that my project manager skills are one of the
best in Renault.
In September 2010 I was appointed Local Team Leader, here I was leading a team of 9
people (3 specialists, 3 technicians and 3 operators). I was doing work planning for the teams
(3 shifts), first level quality audits, keep in touch with our clients, implementation and follow-
up of various specific testing quality indicators, assist specialist with diagnosis programs, first
level tests analyze, check the KPIs for all teams, replace my manager at different meetings
and also I was involved in training of the new specialists and technicians.
The coordination of my team and the results that they have (one of the best in all
Renault sites) prove that Im an excellent in organizing and coordinating persons.
My career begun in May 2008 as Vehicle Technician in Automobile Dacia SA, part of
Renault Group in Romania in the Vehicle Emissions Laboratory. In October 2009 I got promoted
to Vehicle Specialist in the same team but now my role was evolving (I have to do the emission
and consumption tests on vehicle, I was loading different test calibration on vehicles with
diagnosis tools. Also my role was to do the first level tests analyzes with special programs and
communicates them to the tuning calibration team. I was leading a team of 2 people (1 operator
and 1 technician) and have to complete the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) for them).
I hope Ive managed to raise your attention and I hope to hear from you real soon so
we can discuss more.
Respectfully,
Alin Nicolae PANDURU
