Implemented lean manufacturing principles for process, applied 5S, 5Why, JIT, Kaizen and calculated improved MODAPTS (Time measurement tool) and Value Stream Mapping for future improvements.

Proposed usage of automatic material handling equipment instead of conventional handling system for reducing non-value-added activities and executed cost- profit analysis and figured out major wastes of project (TIMWOOD) and their root causes of their failures by using Fishbone analysis and FMEA (Failure modes and effects analysis) tools.
