Proposed usage of automatic material handling equipment instead of conventional handling system for reducing non-value-added activities and executed cost- profit analysis and figured out major wastes of project (TIMWOOD) and their root causes of their failures by using Fishbone analysis and FMEA (Failure modes and effects analysis) tools.
