WORKING EXPERINCE Total (4 year exp) Blow Moding & Injection moding

1.Currently working as production Engineer in Gulf power Beat w.l.l (Bahrain) from October 2011 to till now in Plastic Blow& injection molding manufacturing product in Time group of Company.

2.Worked as shift Engineer in Time Mauser Industries Pvt. Ltd. (Daman) India from June 2009 to September 2011 in blow molding division in Time group of Company.

3.Have a done six month full day in plant training in Nrshima Auto Component Pvt.Ltd. (Aurangabad) Maharashtra, India

BRIEF PROFILE OF COMPANY:-

1. GULF POWERBEAT W.L.L (BAHRAIN) from October 2011 to till now:-

Gulf Powerbeat W.L.L (GPB) is a company based in the Kingdom of Bahrain is one of the leading packaging companies, manufacturing standard HDPE, L-Ring drums, Jerry cans, Open Top drums, 1000 Liter IBC, & injection molding product.

Responsibility:-

. Technical as well as supervisory ability to take overall charge of a shift operation & maintenance with 10 blow molding and 2 injection molding machines.

Good exposure of Blow Molding bulk and medium packaging items, injection molding items and 1000 litres IBC(intermediate bulk container) items, domestic items, consumer goods, packaging articles, thin wall containers, etc.

Good knowledge of machines, process and various materials.

Hands on experience in trouble shooting of process related problems of machine / mold problems & carry out minor repairs.

Responsible to preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machineries like Molding machine, Utility, CNC Bending machine, Grid Welding m/c. etc.

Aggressive to achieve the department goals & target.

Rejection analysis and improve the quality of product, man power handling.

To knowledge about maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic.

Responsible of installation and commissioning of IBC grid welding machine and CNC bending machine.

Responsible of setting all the parameter of CNC bending machine.

Ability to work within a team and demonstrate a motivated approach.

Ability to interact and develop working relationships with team members and contractors

Experience in working within a multi-cultural environment

Mechanical aptitude an advantage.

Experience in working in a system-based environment would be desirable.

Computer Knowledge - MS Office & Outlook Express, Auto-Cad, Good Communication Skills.

2.Time Mauser Industries Pvt. From May 2009 to October 2011:

Time Mauser a joint venture between Time Technoplast and Mauser Worked GmbH, Germany, It is a leading a packaging company manufactures SM Series of 1000 litre IBC (Intermediate bulk container) at its state-of-the-art production facility located in Daman. This Joint venture is committed to bring into India s one of the world's latest packaging solutions such As the 1000 litre IBCs. It is AN ISO 14001-2008 certified company and its annual turnover is 100 corers.

Responsibilities –

Responsible for managing and handling of blow molding machine at proper way.

Responsible for material management, west elimination & to improve the quality of product

To maintain the 5S activity on shop floor.

Responsible for Optimum utilization of man power, shift schedule & plan for preventive maintenance activity.

Responsible for review & compiling of ISO documentation.

Knowledge about different welding technique such as spot welding, GTAW, SMAW.

Knowledge about Hydraulic & pneumatic maintenance.
