Site: Deep Underground Stations, Shallow & At-Grade Stations and Park & Ride Responsibilities:

Review the Contract, Scope & Budgeted Quantities

Prepare Manpower & Equipment Plan to estimate the Cost of Direct Resources. Estimate the Cost of Indirect Expenses such as Site Facilities & its Support Activities such as CAPEX, OPEX, Furnitures, Banners Miscellaneous Expenses & Light Vehicles Allocation of Costcodes to Project Resources (Material, Manpower, PMV, S/C & Others Review Project Commitments for Purchase Orders, Sub-Contractor’s & Others. Monitor Site Progress against Planned Schedule to know the Schedule Variance Perform Earned Value Analysis to identify & Control the Performance Factor (PF) Perform the Cost Impact for any change in Schedule for idle Manpower & Equipment Prepare Accruals for Project Equipment’s as Actuals reflect in Ledger after 6 months Review Sub-Contract Scope, S/C Budget under Project Budget & Construction Plan Review CCA, Contract Commitment Authorization for S/C Commitment to their Scope & related allocated budget in Project Budget. Track S/C Resources & Activities at Site. Further, Co-ordinate with Site Team for approval of S/C Invoices

Prepare Back charge to Sub-Contractor for the Utilization of Project Resources according to sub-contract Agreement.

Prepare Monthly Percent Completion of the Project to Estimate: EV, Earned Value Co-ordinate with PM / CM to capture Potential Changes in the Forecasted Quantity for Self-Perform & Sub-Contract works.

Prepare Monthly Cost Report for the Management which contains Original Budget, Forecasted Budget, Actual Cost to Date, Earned Value to Date, Budget at Completion

(BAC) & Estimate at Completion (EAC) & Cost Variances (EAC – BAC) Review Manhours allocation to Cost Code.

Review Monthly Invoice to Client prior to Submission. Co-ordinate with Field Engineers/ Construction Manager while they prepare Monthly Invoice (MDWP, Monthly Direct work Progress) to Client / Consultant (Engineer) Ensure that the Client / Consultant (Engineer) paid the Contractor for their work & Record the IPC Amount awarded by Client for the Contractor Invoice (MDWP) Assist the Estimators / Cost Managers in Cost Estimation for Project Forecasted Quantity & for S/C Package to raise the Tender for S/C works To Control the Project Cost within the allocated Budget. Need to raise Change Order Request for Additional Scope to obtain Management approval for additional budget. Until that need to record under Risk Register.
