• Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.

• Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site.

• Coordinate with the client and consultant on all issues pertaining to the drawings, plans, schedules and problems for quick resolution of all issues. Monitor progress against the project plan and keep the client updated on the progress tracking and quick corrective action where required.

• Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the products meet all client specifications.

• Quality control of work done at site.

• Preparing Project reports and budgets.

• Managing all vendor contracts.

• Preparing cost estimates for moves and equipment.

• Forecast, Prepare, Procure, Manage, Monitor Various Project Materials requests on time.

• Successfully handled interiors Refurbishment / Fit Out Projects of worth QAR 7 Million for the past 2 years (at the end of Quarter3-2019).

• Handled more than 15+ projects & 50+ staffs including Contractor Project Engineers, Planning Engineers, Finance Officers, MEP Engineers, Procurement and Project Team for more than a dozen of Contractors simultaneously for last 2 years at QATAR SHELL. • Monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance activities (RM) at Real Estate, Airport Projects.

• Planning/Design Approvals, Drawing Approvals, Snag lists, As Built review and approvals.

• Prepare/Review/Approve Project MOC (Management of Change), Work Packs, PTW (Permit to work-Hot/cold), Method Statements/work Procedures, Materials Specs/data Sheets, MSDS, LUX testing review/approvals.
