As a Program/Project Manager I was responsible for the Production deployment of new database systems relative to Hardware and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects to the AT&T Long Distance Network. Project responsibilities were not limited database projects. All projects were completed on time and within budget.
Successfully managed multiple Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects from Initiation to Production for the Segmentation Directory (SD) project (1995 - 2005), & the Signaling Server Project (2001- 2005).
Managed the end to end SW/HW development & deployment. Hardware installation included power distribution, T1 cross connect and alarm bays/frames, routers, associated lan connections and workstations. The program required managing the development effort of approximately five operating support systems (OSS), 4E, and 5E long distance switching systems required to interface with the BBSTP.
Release Manager for subsequent SW releases, development and deployment as part of Life Cycle Management. This included entrance & exit criteria for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) User Certification Testing (UCT)
Segmentation Directory (SD) project (1995 - 2001) - SD is a new network element deployed (1997 - phase 1) into the AT&T voice network. Subsequent SW releases developed and deployed (phase 2 - 5) in support of business objectives. This included establishing TCP/IP connectivity with all Operation Support Systems.
Managed the AT&T Operation Support Systems (OSS) & Work Centers requiring software development, hardware installation and training to support and interface with vendor platforms.
