Experienced Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 4 years of practical experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum Framework and Scaled Agile Framework—SAFe) seeking new opportunities in facilitating development teams. Performing my duties as a Scrum Master through servant leadership, I encouraged flexibility while maintaining organization by using tools like JIRA and Agile Bench to track the projects and to organize the team's progress.
