Experienced Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 4 years of practical experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum Framework and Scaled Agile Framework—SAFe) seeking new opportunities in facilitating development teams. Performing my duties as a Scrum Master through servant leadership, I encouraged flexibility while maintaining organization by using tools like JIRA and Agile Bench to track the projects and to organize the team's progress. The teams I lead worked mainly on Mobile App enhancement and Automation Projects.
Prior to working as a Scrum Master, I was a high school teacher of French and Spec. Ed., but also worked as a Contract assistant project manager (using waterfall).
