This is a CRM 7.0 EHP 1 implementation for Quote-to-Close. The team is responsible for the process from Quotation to Close. SAP IT is implementing CRM for their own processes to showcase to the customers. The project has many phases; I am responsible for the smooth execution of all the phases. My role is as follows:

I lead the team with 7 persons. The above-mentioned team size includes other team members in onsite & other locations.

I am responsible for the whole delivery of the objects.

I need to gather the business requirement via CRs, look at its feasibility after studying thoroughly the current system.

After accepting the CRs from business, I need to prepare the Technical Specifications and provide it to the respective developers for the development.

Need to investigate the technical issues faced by the team and solve them then and there to help proceed.

Responsible till the final delivery of the object after SIT & UAT.

Solve tickets raised in all phases by the users/testers.

Create, Validate & Release TRs of the whole team and also look into dependency, consistency, errors and the other stuff.

The project has many phases; I was responsible for the smooth execution of all the phases.

SanDisk Corporation, the official manufacturer, is the leading manufacturer of flash memory cards for imaging, computing, mobile, and gaming devices. This is a first TPM/CHM project of its kind handled in GD ever. I have got a chance to learn the CGPL Framework with IBOM Layer for TPM & CHM concepts. We have successfully delivered all the objects at the end and to the satisfaction to the customer.

Implemented Custom Developments in Trade Promotion Management and Channel Management & supported for any issues thereof.

Implemented Custom UI Developments & supported for any issues thereof.

Implemented the complex CHM concepts for Price Protection Expiration and custom changes thereof.

PP Expiration has the ability to expire (or retire, or un-consumed) Price Protection accruals. This is typically needed when old accruals have been left un-claimed. The retirement/expiration process should be able to consume any outstanding accruals in CRM (based on business rules) and also post to the G/L. The G/L retirement/expiration posting works the opposite way to the original accrual postings.

Implemented UI enhancements for TPM Classification.

A new Classification field required on the promotion header to classify promotions. This field was a new dropdown field with the list of values like Sell In, Sell Out & Sell Through.

Implemented UI Enhancement for Net Price.

NET-NET_PRICE promotion functionality provides a certain price that is guaranteed to a customer for the duration of the promotional event. The sales price to the customer can therefore fluctuate to the customer during this period of time, to which price changes occur. This should not affect the NET-NET_PRICE guaranteed to the customer. The difference of the customer’s purchase price of the product and the guaranteed NET-NET_PRICE to the customer shall be the amount of the rebate on a trade promotion. This value has been appeared as a new value in an Assignment Block.

Involved in Development, testing & UAT phases.

My role was to take responsibility of the objects right from Technical Specification to the Unit Test report and the delivery of the same.

And involved until the objects were passed in the User Acceptance Test supporting at the Integration test phase.

Achievements: Received a Special Recognition Award from senior management, for designing and developing a customized solution for Channel Management & Trade Promotion Management in CRM.

AmerisourceBergen Corporation is one of the world's largest pharmaceutical services companies serving the United States, Canada and selected global markets with a focus on the pharmaceutical supply chain.

It is an E-commerce Project. Front-end is JAVA and the backend wrappers are CRM. I have got a chance to learn ISA framework and how an E-commerce will be designed. This has added value to my range of projects handled.

Developed ISA wrappers in CRM and integrated with the front-end JAVA application.

Resolved the tickets which were high priority many a times at SIT & UAT phases.

It was not easy as Integration between JAVA and CRM need to be established and faced many issues and could successfully resolve all of them.

Handled this Project single handedly on technical front and gave online training to the customer employee on CRM Web UI and helped him in achieving certain UI Enhancements.

Employee Mapping – Employees in ECC to be mapped to CRM and maintain relationship with the Account BPs without Middleware setup. This was a very complex enhancement and executed it successfully and tested thoroughly to the satisfaction of the customer.

Contact Upload – Mass data upload for the customers using a report program via spreadsheet.

As a QA responsible for the identification of the inconsistencies, errors, dependencies & smooth delivery of the objects with high-quality.

As a developer I was responsible for the code corrections and code review as and where required.

As a module lead I was responsible for the delivery and quality of the whole team’s deliverables.

Surveys are important means of gaining specific information from known and unknown users. Basically, surveys are specialized forms that can be integrated into Web sites or sent as attachments within personalized e-mails to customers.

Analyzed the case-studies provided before the project kick-off.

Involved in high level design of the flow of the project like flow of the various APIs and classes.

Once the design is ready, started developing the UI screens and its functionality accordingly.

Once the tool is ready, done unit testing and attended Quick Check meetings to demo the project to the Integrated and Framework managers at Waldorf.

Project: CAT/FORD for CRM Product Development version 6.0

This project is named after CAT/FORD as both Caterpillar and Ford have come up with requirement in CRM under head Spare Parts Management (SPM) -> Entitlements. An entitlement is generally defined as a right or obligation to something of value that can be either earned through actions or awarded through contract. The Entitlement Management capability manages the earning or accrual of entitlements as well as the consumption or disbursement of the earned entitlements.

Involved in designing and developing BSP pages for the project as per the requirements specified in mock-ups and integrating them to L-Shape.

Involved in creating APIs at BOL/GenIL level to extract the data into CRM.

As a responsible team member, handled demo sessions to be shown to our onsite team at Waldorf, Germany as soon a task is accomplished.

Prepared Unit test cases, executed them, reported issues and solved them.
