I worked as Senior Analyst - Disputes Chargeback, in Infosys, Bangalore from September 2015 to May 2019 and domain certified in this field.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs a variety of data entry, verification and related duties for processing of disputes, fraud, charge backs, exceptions and/or other associated transactions.

May monitor systems to detect possible fraudulent behavior related to credit card usage and contact card holders to investigate possible fraud.

Process customer instructions.

Track and Work within the required productivity time and error limit.

Manage different work queues and assist with the production of department MIS and reporting.

I have worked as Fraud Analyst in Mundio Mobiles Private Limited, an U.K. based company in Chennai from December, 2014 to August 2015.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review the online payments of several countries and block the fraudulent payments.

Analyze the day-to-day fraud transaction pattern and give suggestion to modify the rules of the risk parameters.

Resolve the customer queries by giving assistance to the support team.

To increase the success rate, send the report of bank rejection payments to the support team to intimate the customers frequently.

Need to cancel the payments, which are made from the product development team for the testing purpose.

Maintain the report of cancel and refunds made on every day to be updated in daily-wise.

Previously, I have worked in E-Billing Solution Private Limited for the last one year and seven months from June, 2013 to December 2014 at executive level. From there, I have gained a lot of knowledge as below:

Fraud detections in the e-commerce. Involved in the merchant acquisition and processes the card transaction. Also perform the merchant screening to check whether the merchant involved in any fraudulent activity.

Fraud prevention can be done by analysing through which the fraudsters can do the frauds by using the Debit and Credit cards.

Dispute analysis

Merchant monitoring as well as customer support activities (General & Risk).

Customer and Merchant call handling.
