Attending the walking clients who are all looking for investments and to take (Health, life, motors) insurance. Handling calls from the existing investors and clients from all over India to resolve their queries. Solving their queries about the investment and (Health, life, motor) insurance product and calling the new investors to book appointment for investors. Follow up and immediate responds to the investors by mail and calls. Communicating with mutual funds AMC to get the statement for the investor. Providing up to date information about the market value and the money market details to investors. Checking and validating the collected documents for the investment process and entry that into the system database and send the daily report to Branch Manager.

Calling the investors and explain about our services to open an account with our Organization. And guide them to make investment in online itself. Solving the problems that the investor facing in our online platform and raise the queries to solve the problems. Sending emails regarding the investment they made and maintain the follow up with investor. Sending email and follow up with the NRI investors and immediate response for every investor And report to the Team leader and the manager about the investment details and the A/c opening details.

I was handling15 members in my team and my work attanding grievance calls and emails regarding the complains about the product (Trading account multi insurance product fixed deposit)and process. I give training to new joinner about product and process and handling the customer on call. Report the manager time to time and prepare the MIS report. Sending emails regarding the solution of customer issue and maintain the follow up with customer. Communicating with concern department and get the issue to be solve on tag time.

I was worked as team lead in FA CAPITAL and my team size was 20. And i will be handling discount and offer for the customer and I will be co ordinate with Operation department regarding the police. My team will make Telecalling and pitch the product to the customer and complete the sales. And also I will handle Grievance, Escalation calls and I will give training about product and process and how to handling the customer on call with politeness and make sure our team target complision.
