Explains as necessary the relation and significance of the findings and conclusions to the specific SIC case or grand jury investigation. Persuades, as necessary, the acceptance of critical findings, conclusions, and recommendations to support or drop the SIC cases or conclude the investigation.

•May serve as a witness before judicial, quasi-judicial or administrative bodies and/or may provide a variety of technical litigation support to U.S. attorneys, preparing evidence for the grand jury or for trial.
