Job Description

Greeted and prepared patients for dental examination

Properly disinfect working area and room in accordance with infection

Correctly arranged instruments prior to dental procedures and surgery

Handled tools to dentist as requested by either direct speech or non-Verbal cue

assisted dentist with dental procedures such as root canal treatment,composite fillings,amalgam fillings,zoom bleaching veneers zirconium crown preparation veneers, implant insertion, polypectomy,laser procedure, prophylaxis,impression,adhesive bridge & dentures

Decontaminates and sterilized instruments.

Assembles, wraps and sterilize used instruments following .

Proper Standard Precautions while in decontamination and sterilization areas.

Maintain clean work area.In accordance with standard infection control

Doing biological test every two weeks and bowie dick test everyday as per Ministry of Health protocol.

Record narcotic’s in the register and keep in locker in each shift duty.

Collecting and dispatching all types of specimens to concerned laboratories.

Preparing patients for various investigations likeusg,kub,mri,c.t scan,endocardiography,endoscopy and bronchoscopy.

Attending and managing cardiac emergency.

Maintaining proper inventories,accurate records and reports.
