Sort, organized, and maintained office hard copy records accurately. Prepare inactive files and have them shipped to storage. Have the archive company destroy old inactive files when requested.
Assemble and prepare record on appeal documents pursuant to their individual rules and ship them for binding. (NYC and SDNY)
Assist other law firms on rules and filing procedures when requested to do so.
