Act as liaison between the firm and the courts.

Prepare summonses for filing and have them served with the complaint.

Draft notice of motions, depositions, appearances, appeals, etc.

Assemble and prepare electronic exhibits for motions, responses, discovery, etc.

Sort, organized, and maintained office hard copy records accurately. Prepare inactive files and have them shipped to storage. Have the archive company destroy old inactive files when requested.

Assemble and prepare record on appeal documents pursuant to their individual rules and ship them for binding. (NYC and SDNY)

Assist other law firms on rules and filing procedures when requested to do so.

Manage Firm resources responsibly.
