Monitoring Welding activities as per WPS.

In process welding inspection and monitoring of pre-heating, Inter pass temperature, Post weld heat treatment and Storage & control of Welding consumables.

Visual inspection of all welds size, profile and Weld locations.

Check & Monitor NDT (PT, MT & RT).

Inspect the job while incoming, in process, final inspection.

Witnessed Surface preparation & Painting inspection for each coat wise with respect to Customer QAP as well as technical specification.

Final Inspection Report preparation and Co-ordination with Third Party Inspection.

Review of WPS and PQR as per Project specification.
