Responsible for Project work (structural), Erection & Fabrication of Industrial Structural Shed of SMS-I & II (Capacity – 75 Cubic Meter x 2 EAF and LF), 500 TPD Kiln, 130x4Power Plant, 3.8 MTPA Pellet & 6.5 MTPA Beneficiation Plant, 1 MTPA Coke Oven By-Product, 2.47 MTPY Sinter Plant, 0.5 MTPA WRM, 0.25 MTPA Billet & Conditioning Line, 0.15 Black Bar Inspection Line, SMS-I (Capacity- 90 Cubic Meter x 4 EAF and LF) & CRM Plant, Canopy Hood, Dedusting Duct and Billings.

Developing financial projections, preparing budgets and performing extensive project costing; managing resources to perform project activities in cost effective manner.

Installation & Commissioning

Managing the installation & commissioning of equipment, conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities.

Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technicals for commissioning of the plant.

Spares Management/ Procurement

Designing, implementing and monitoring effective procurement schedules along with finalizing the specifications of the spare parts and establishing the quality & quantity limits.

Overseeing the procurement of equipment spares & services and store related issue; controlling the inventory to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.

Preparing monthly report and analysis of breakdown to find out problem & solution. Planning of preventive & corrective maintenance.

Preparing critical spare list and maintaining their availability through SAP.

Handled the erection & commissioning and maintenance work of rotary sponge iron kilns & coolers of capacities 500TPD (4 No s) supplied by LURGI technology and Raw material circuit.
