ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:-Madhyamik passed on 2002 with 52.70% .H.S. passed on 2004 with 47. Diploma in automobile engineering passed on 2009 with 71.90%.Btech in mechanical engineering passed on 2018 with 7.51 dgpa.

OBJECTIVE: My career objective to be in good position in a professional and challenging environment where could make best use of the knowledge that I acquired to far and when I could enhance my skill, which would make me better professional and a better human being in general.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1Continuous growth & improvement in the quality of products. Technical interaction with team members and seniors to improve the production and quality of products. Implementation & monitoring of 5's on shop floor. Review of daily activities by conducting weekly meeting.

2 Deals with customer about service vehicle. Find out problem and given estimate after road test with customer. Job done as per customer demand by technician with continuous follow up and delivered the vehicle between promised time. Satisfied the customer by handling their problem about vehicle with exact costing and working as a service advisor

PROFESSONAL EXPERIENCE: 8.5 years. 2.5 years as a operating engineer in mahle filter system india limited and 6 years working as a service adviser in mohan motor Hyundai. From 05.07.2018 to till now working as a technical trainer (automotive 2&3 wheeler technician) in orion edutech pvt ltd.

EXPOSURES & TRAINING:

1 APS training (An Anand Group program to increase productivity & reduce rejection by eliminatin non-adding processes & wastes from the process cycle). Training on 20-keys & QRQC Training. Training on 7-QC tools and Training on 5'S.

2Basic, advance, special diagnosis, diesel course, engine overhaul, countermeasure, soft skill level-1, level-2, level-3 of maruti Suzuki trainings.

3Sap-1, sap-2, step-1, and service advisor technical training of Hyundai training.
