1. Project Title - Purification and Utilisation of Biogas
2. Detail – Traces of impurities present in biogas. Removal of these impurities (such as water vapour, CO2 and H2S) is essential prior to using as fuel for various applications. We have established the setup required for the purification and compression. It is proved that biogas can be purified, compressed, stored and made transportable. There is large potential of biogas generation in India to make it an alternate fuel for vehicle.
