Duties and Responsibilities:

Country Manager:

Improve the operational system, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team

Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.

Over view payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.

Disbursement of checks for agency expenses.

Regular meetings with Executive Director around planning.

Submits the reports ie, Weekly movement, monthly sales, risk assessment report to management

Prepare annual budget and planning process for the organization

Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.

Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans.

Managing day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks, producing reports as requested.

Reconciling monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfilling tax related requirements.

Ensure that Accounting are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to internal and external parties.

Supervise and coach office staff/technical workers on regular basis whenever required.

Manage the execution of the construction program.

Manage the activities of all personnel assigned to construction project, including work allocation and utilization, and ensure their duties and responsibilities are performed in accordance with the project objectives.

Exercise authority at the level determined by management for the position.

Ensure the project’s compliance with the Company’s established policy and procedures, including HSE, Quality and Human Resources and client requirements.

Ensure that continual safety vigilance and awareness is reinforced to all subordinates and ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of safety.

Ensure all project activities are performed productively, according to specification and schedule, in the most efficient and cost effective manner, and continually seek improvements in the work systems.

Review all technical documents submission for projects

Propose and implement new erection methods during execution for safe working.

Monitor project planning, cost control, scheduling, quality control, and procurement throughout all phases of the project.

Ensure all company reports, schedules and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Lead Proposal Engineer:

Explore market opportunities and conduct business meeting with existing and potential clients to focus on proposal generation activities.

Study tender documents received from clients and qualify exceptions / compliance

Review interpret and clarify technical specifications

Consult with Proposal Manager/Business Development manager to agree on a proposal strategy and basis

Issue inquiry to potential subcontractors

Liaise with all departments and group companies to ensure global compatibility

Review terms and conditions and ensure proposal clearly states t&cs basis

Prepare initial draft proposals after obtaining technical content

Preparation of technical proposal as required by the client

Prepare cost estimation and conduct internal reviews

Conduct internal final proposal presentation prior to submission

Attend client pre/post bid commercial and technical clarifications

Maintain and record all communication between client and incorporate with respective project

Provide monthly strategic forecasts
