The brief description of my professional experience is as following:

FLOW, LEVEL, PRESSURE & TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTERS : Installation, Calibration and troubleshooting of Pressure, Level, Flow, and Temperature Transmitters of Rosemount, Yokogawa, Honeywell, and Foxboro make. Different methods of level (Capacitance Type Level Transmitters, Guide Wave RADAR, DP cell with dry or wet leg, displacer, bubbler and ultrasonic) and flow (DP cell, ultrasonic, magnetic flow) etc.

FIELD LOCAL INSTRUMENT:

Work on Pressure, Temp, Level, Flow indicator which are used in the field Made of Ashcroft, Wika, and Nuova Fima.

SWITCHES:

Installation, calibration and troubleshooting of pressure switches (diaphragm type, bourdon tube type) level switches (float type, displacer type) temperature switches (bimetallic, capillary type). (CELLA, SOR, HERION, CCS)

SENSORS :

Magnetic pickups (active and passive), RTD (pt100, pt1000), thermocouples, proximitry Type switches, load cells.

DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM (DCS)

Working experience on following DCS:

1) Honeywell TDC 3000 2) Yokogawa Centum VP 3) Ovation (Emerson)

Calibration and Checking of Safety barriers P&F and Elcon.

Control Loops checking, modification in loops and new loops simulation and addition EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN SYSTEM

Working Experience on following ESD:

TRICONEX ESD

Checking of ETAs, I/O cards, control cards, communication card and barriers

Knowledge of checking logic drawings and building of new logic drawings of plant logic

Power distribution for ESD System and for inputs and outputs MACHINE MONITORING SYSTEM

Worked on Bently Nevada 3300, 3500 series Vibration Monitoring System.

Probes checking, loop testing, set point adjustment, configuration of monitor cards.
