-45 days training on “cold form steels with perforations” from IIT Hyderabad.( Here I worked under a Ph.D. student and do steel tests, working on ansys software related to cold form steel with perforations on various sections).

DESIGN PROJECT

Project description : “DESIGN ANALYSIS OF TRAPEZOIDAL BOXGIRDER BRIDGE”.

This design project work aims at analysing a two cell trapezoidal prestressed box girder bridge with parabolic tendons. The transverse analysis was carried out. The longitudinal analysis was carried out for single span (30meters) and multi span ( 4 spans 30meters each) bridge and the results in terms of bending moment, shear force, deflection, stresses at every 3meters of the span are presented.

Project description : “COMPARATIVE STUDY ON BEHAVIOUR OF COHESIVE SOIL REINFORCED WITH SAND, M SAND, QUARRY DUST PILES”

The aim of this work is to experimentally investigate the load settlement characteristic and load bearing capacity of granular piles installed on soft clay ground by modelling the pile setup at laboratory level, In this research, laboratory model tests were performed on soft clay to study the efficiency of using floating granular piles compared to end-bearing piles using the multi cell concept.
